A utility class to accumulate strings delimited with the specified delimiter.

Example:


   var a = new Accumulator(",");

   a.add("AAA");

   alert(a.toString()); // result "AAA"

   a.add("BBB");

   a.add("CCC");

   alert(a.toString()); // result "AAA,BBB,CCC"
